Meet the Team

Casey Larsen

Casey Larsen has been With Pillar To Post in Salt Lake City since the beginning. Helping Fred on inspections during summers and breaks throughout middle school and high school, Casey even became a certified home inspector at the age of 12. Many years later Casey has worked every position imaginable in the company including thousands of inspections and is now our General Manager. Casey enjoys spending time on various projects with his wife Alexis and their two dogs. Casey loves to golf, camp, and off-road.

Chris Brown

Chris joined Pillar To Post early in 2012 after being an Independent Home Inspector for 2 years. Chris’s background before becoming a home inspector was 10 years of doing remodeling of basements, kitchens and bathrooms and running his own General Handyman business. He was independent home inspector for 2 years before joining the team. Outside of work, Chris races his UTV all over the region and enjoys spending time with his wife Jill and their two adult kids.

Sharla Larsen

Sharla is our Office Manager and started with Pillar To Post in 2008. She is typically your first point of contact with our company. She is very efficient in assisting our clients with information about the inspection process and scheduling appointments. She coordinates with the Real Estate Agents to make sure everything is ready for the clients, agents and inspectors. She is exceptional in her attention to detail. Sharla and her husband Corby are passionate about golf and are very proud of their two daughters.

Kelsey McCallister

Kelsey is our Marketing Coordinator. She is a graduate of Westminster College with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Originally, she is from Wyoming and Idaho but loves living in Utah with her husband as they have for the last 10+ years. When she is not handling all our marketing needs, Kelsey loves doing various crafts (especially cross stitch), playing board games, and spoiling her two cats and young son along with her husband.

Manny Mendoza

Manny has joined our team as a Home Inspector! He has a background in construction and is a local Firefighter also. He is Spanish speaking and excited to work with Spanish-speaking home buyers. Manny is very attention-to-detail-oriented, always has a smile, and a willingness to help. In his free time, he enjoys weightlifting, working on cars, as well as cooking for and spending time with his wife and 2 kiddos.

Jeff Goulding

Jeff is one of the inspectors on our team. His background has allowed him to create an eye for detail and with a thorough work ethic, he’s been an excellent addition to the team. Jeff’s passions are based around his family, working with his hands, and being creative. With his 4 children, he stays busy with leatherworking, wood burning, and being out in nature- enjoying camping, fishing, and boating. When he’s not camping or creating, he can be found at LARPing events (where he’s makes his own costumes!) or playing Dungeons and Dragons.

Anthony Kajma

Born and raised in Utah, Anthony spent about 15 years working in logistics as an operations supervisor before joining our team as an Environmental Specialist to find a better work-life balance. When he’s not handling the many kinds of tests and other add-ons we offer, he’s spending his free time with his family, playing tabletop games, and fishing.

Fredd Rickard

Fredd has joined our team as a Home Inspector from All Points Inspection! He has a background in construction as a general contractor but has been doing home inspections since 1999. Originally from Montana, he moved to Utah because he was drawn to the deserts here. When he’s not inspecting, he likes to spend his time chasing music and connecting to nature in the desert and floating rivers when the weather cooperates. He is a girl dad through and through with 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters that he loves to dote on whenever he can!

Erik Eastlyn

Erik grew up in Southern California and moved to Utah to attend the University of Utah. He graduated from the U with a degree in Exercise Physiology. Erik then completed a Graduate degree in business. He owned a home inspection business for several years before joining the team at All Points Inspections and now joining the Larsen Team. He is married to the love of my life and they two teenage girls that keep them on their toes. Erik loves Utah, enjoying outdoor sports, as well as camping and traveling with his family.
